Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By accessing or using the Goat Kings Landscaping website, requesting an estimate, or signing up for services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services and estimates

Goat Kings Landscaping provides lawn care, landscaping, fertilization, weed control, mowing, and holiday lighting services in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. All estimates are provided based on the information you supply and an on-site evaluation when required. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work changes after the initial estimate, including property size, condition, access, or customer-requested additions.

2. Appointments and scheduling

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions. We make every effort to arrive during the agreed window, but delays may occur due to weather, equipment, or traffic. If we need to reschedule, we will notify you as soon as possible.

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by calling us at (817) 337-3447. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

3. Property access and safety

You are responsible for ensuring safe access to your property, including unlocking gates, removing obstacles, securing pets, and marking sprinkler heads or other hidden hazards. Goat Kings Landscaping is not liable for damage caused by unmarked obstacles, concealed hazards, or conditions outside our reasonable control.

4. Payments and billing

Payment terms are due as agreed in your service proposal or invoice. Recurring services are billed according to the schedule you select. Late payments may result in suspension of service until the account is brought current.

Payments may be made through the client portal, by phone, or by other methods agreed upon in writing.

5. Satisfaction guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to make it right. This guarantee does not apply to issues caused by weather, pre-existing damage, or customer requests that deviate from our recommendations.

6. Website use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not use the site to transmit harmful code, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the site’s operation. All content, images, and materials on this site are owned by or licensed to Goat Kings Landscaping and may not be reused without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goat Kings Landscaping is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
